It can simultaneously display live footage, record, playback, connect via network, and back-up without any recording loss, and save the files on the pre-installed 500GB hard drive. System also comes with 16 Color CCD cameras. Q-Sees Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) are designed to manage multiple cameras, and enable users to view, record and playback recorded video locally or over the Internet. This DVR supports up to 16 cameras, and can be integrated into your current security system. With Q-See, surveillance can be handled remotely  Worldwide. MAC OS 10.6 Compatible!

PLEASE NOTE: This DVR is designed to be used with a 19 or larger VGA monitor. If you want to use the DVR with a TV you need to attach the TV to the BNC video out port and switch the signal to the TV by holding the STOP/ESC button on the DVR for about 10 seconds until you hear a beep. This will switch the signal from the monitor port to the TV port. Please refer to VGA monitor/TV Setup Guide under Installation Guide heading.
